1. Network capacity and wireless performance

The property internet connection is symmetrical 2 Gig fiber, meaning the main service is provisioned for up to 2 Gbps download and up to 2 Gbps upload at the property connection. This provides a high-capacity and generally dependable backbone for guest internet access. Individual Wi-Fi devices will not necessarily receive the full fiber speed. Actual wireless performance varies by device capability, distance from an access point, building materials, interference, signal strength, simultaneous use and other network conditions.

2. Acceptance and availability

By using the guest Wi-Fi, you agree to these terms. Service is provided as a convenience and may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, limited or changed for maintenance, provider issues, equipment failure, security needs or other conditions. Luxury Inn does not guarantee a particular wireless speed, coverage level, device compatibility or uninterrupted access.

3. Authorized users

Wi-Fi access is for registered guests and authorized users only. Access credentials may not be shared with unregistered persons or used after the authorized stay ends.

4. Prohibited use

  • No unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats or infringement of intellectual-property rights.
  • No hacking, scanning, interception, password attacks, malware, spam, denial-of-service activity or attempts to access another device or account without permission.
  • No excessive bandwidth use that materially interferes with service for others.
  • No content or activity involving exploitation, trafficking or other criminal conduct.

5. Security and privacy

Guest Wi-Fi is not guaranteed to be secure. Use encryption, current device security and a trusted VPN when appropriate. Do not transmit sensitive information unless you are using a secure connection. Luxury Inn is not responsible for interception, malware, device damage, data loss or unauthorized access except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Network management

Luxury Inn and its providers may use reasonable technical measures to secure, maintain and manage the network, including blocking harmful traffic, limiting bandwidth, suspending access and preserving logs when allowed by law. Use may be disclosed to lawful authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety and security.

7. Termination

Access may be limited or terminated for suspected misuse, security risk, policy violation, nonpayment or the end of a stay.

8. Contact

Report service problems to the front desk. Legal or website questions may be sent to contact@luxuryinndallas.com.
