Do not enter or remain on the property unless you are registered or specifically authorized
Any person who is not a registered guest or specifically authorized by management is not permitted on the property at any time. This includes rooms, walkways, stairs, parking areas, the lobby and the front office. An unregistered or unauthorized person is considered a trespasser under posted property rules and may be ordered to leave immediately, issued a trespass warning and referred to law enforcement.
Hotel rooms are sold by the room night—not as a rolling 24-hour rental
Hotel stays are measured by the property’s established check-in and checkout cycle. A check-in after 12:00 AM but before the 10:30 AM checkout time is part of the hotel night already in progress. Unless management expressly approves and receives payment for the next room night, checkout remains 10:30 AM that same morning.
Leaving, attempting to leave, or checking out with an unpaid lodging balance may constitute theft of service under Texas Penal Code § 31.04. Texas law provides a presumption of intent to avoid payment when a person absconds without paying for a service in circumstances where payment is ordinarily made immediately, including hotels. Management may demand payment, document the incident, contact law enforcement, and pursue available civil or criminal remedies. Read Texas Penal Code § 31.04 (opens in a new tab).
1. Acceptance and controlling terms
- These website policies supplement the signed or electronic registration agreement, front-desk notices, room notices, parking notices and reasonable staff instructions.
- If a website summary differs from a signed registration term or a clearly posted property rule, the signed registration term or posted property rule controls for that stay.
- The registered guest is responsible for reading the policies and for the conduct of every occupant, visitor, invitee and vehicle associated with the room.
- Continued occupancy after notice of a policy constitutes acceptance of that policy.
2. Temporary lodging; no guaranteed right to remain
- Luxury Inn provides temporary motel lodging. A stay does not create a lease, ownership interest, permanent residence right or guaranteed right to occupy a particular room.
- Payment covers only the approved stay period. A guest must depart at checkout unless management expressly approves an extension.
- Rooms are rented by the night, not by the calendar day and not for a 24-hour period. The room-night ends at the posted checkout time.
- A rental beginning after midnight but before checkout is still part of the room-night that began the previous evening and ends at 10:30 AM that same calendar date unless another night is expressly approved and paid.
- Room assignments may be changed when reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, operations or enforcement.
- Nothing on this website promises availability, a future room, a renewal or a particular length of stay.
3. Registration, identification and accurate information
- Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in and again during the stay.
- All adult occupants must be registered. False names, false addresses, false vehicle information, false payment information or misleading occupancy information are prohibited.
- The room may not be transferred, sublet, loaned, sold, shared or used by another person without management approval.
- Management may record names, identification details, vehicle information, contact information, payment records and incident information for lawful business, safety, fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.
4. Occupancy, room capacity, visitors and access control
- Every room contains one king-size bed and is intended for a maximum of two adults. The room is not designed for extra adult occupants.
- There is no capacity for extra beds, rollaway beds or cribs.
- Any person staying in or using the room must be approved by management and properly registered when required. Unregistered occupants may result in extra charges, refusal of stay, immediate checkout or removal.
- No unregistered person is permitted on the property at any time. Do not enter the property unless you are a registered guest or specifically authorized by management. This rule applies to rooms, walkways, stairwells, parking areas, the lobby and office areas.
- Only properly registered guests may receive keys or room-access assistance, and proper photo identification may be required.
- Management may limit or deny visitors, visiting hours, room access or key issuance whenever necessary for safety, operations, occupancy control, nuisance prevention or policy enforcement.
5. Payment methods, deposits and third-party payment issues
- Accepted payment methods include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Cash App, subject to management approval and processing availability.
- A $10 cash deposit may be required at check-in or re-registration. Deposits may be withheld or applied to extra cleaning, damage, missing items, unpaid balances, policy violations or other lawful charges.
- Anyone paying for another guest must comply with property verification requirements. Management may require identification, matching payment information, signed authorization or direct contact with the payer before accepting payment.
- The property may decline suspicious, mismatched, altered, fraudulent or unauthorized payment attempts and may require a different form of payment.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes or reversals do not erase the guest’s underlying obligation to pay for the approved stay, damage or other lawful charges.
6. Check-in, checkout, extensions and nonpayment
- Standard check-in begins at 3:30 PM. Standard checkout is 10:30 AM.
- A later checkout may be granted only by front-desk approval, is based on availability and may require an additional fee. Remaining beyond the approved time without permission may result in extra charges, lockout, removal or other enforcement action.
- Guests must generally be at least 21 years old with valid government-issued identification to rent a room or check in.
- An extension request is only a request. A room extension exists only after management approval and receipt of any required payment. Online payment alone does not guarantee an extension or continued occupancy.
- Failure to pay by the required time, failure to re-register when requested or refusal to leave at checkout may be treated as nonpayment, unauthorized occupancy or trespass, in addition to any other lawful remedy.
- Leaving or attempting to leave the property with an unpaid lodging balance may constitute theft of service under Texas Penal Code § 31.04 (opens in a new tab). The statute includes hotels among businesses where absconding without paying may create a presumption of intent to avoid payment.
- Management may issue a payment demand, retain records and video, contact law enforcement, and pursue lawful collection or prosecution-related remedies.
7. Refunds, nonrefundable periods, complaints and chargeback position
- Luxury Inn does not publish public room pricing or booking on this website. For front-desk stays or other direct payments, all payments are subject to the stay terms in effect at the time of check-in.
- As a general rule, payments become nonrefundable once the room has been used, occupied, held off the market for the guest or the guest remains beyond the initial inspection period.
- A guest may request a full refund only within approximately 15 minutes of check-in for an unused room and only if management confirms that the room has not been used and no policy violation has occurred.
- No refund is required for early departure, rule violations, removal, nuisance conduct, illegal activity, inaccurate occupancy information, dissatisfaction after use of the room or refusal to comply with management instructions.
- Refunds approved by management and paid by card may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment processor or card issuer.
8. Noise, nuisance, common-area conduct and property rules
- No loud or disruptive behavior, arguments, threats, fighting, harassment, excessive noise, parties, disorderly gatherings or interference with other guests, staff or operations.
- No public drinking. No standing in the lobby except for normal front-desk business. No loitering in walkways, parking areas, stairwells or other common areas.
- No back-in parking unless specifically directed by management. Vehicles must follow posted or painted parking controls and may not block lanes, stairs, office access or neighboring spaces.
- No indoor or outdoor cooking except ordinary use of the in-room microwave. No grills, burners or hot plates.
- No doing laundry in a guest room and no hanging clothes, bedding or linens in exterior or common areas.
- Guests must follow all reasonable instructions from management or staff relating to safety, quiet enjoyment, parking, visitor control, sanitation and property operations.
9. Illegal, dangerous and prohibited activity
- No illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, drug sales, prostitution, solicitation, human trafficking, theft, fraud, possession of stolen property, underage drinking or other unlawful activity.
- No criminal planning, concealment, evasion, disorderly gatherings or use of the property to facilitate unlawful conduct.
- No unlawful possession, discharge, threatening display or misuse of firearms or other weapons.
- No tampering with locks, cameras, smoke detectors, alarms, utilities, electrical systems, plumbing, telephone service, internet equipment or other property systems.
- Management may document incidents, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.
10. Room use, housekeeping, health and safety
- Guests must maintain a reasonably clean and sanitary room and must not create excessive trash, odors, pests, biohazards or unsanitary conditions.
- Rooms are generally cleaned after checkout. During-stay towels and linens are exchanged through the front desk.
- No hot plates, grills, open flames, candles, fireworks, hazardous chemicals, overloaded electrical devices or unsafe appliances. The supplied microwave and refrigerator must be used only as intended.
- No pets are permitted. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
- Management may enter a room for emergencies, welfare concerns, maintenance, safety checks, suspected policy violations, pest control, requested service, sanitation concerns or other lawful operational reasons.
11. Parking, vehicles and exterior areas
- Parking is limited to properly registered guest vehicles and authorized business.
- No vehicle repairs, fluid discharge, loud music, sleeping in vehicles, gatherings, storage of property, hazardous activity or use of an inoperable vehicle.
- Vehicles that are unauthorized, abandoned, inoperable, improperly parked, blocking access or creating a safety risk may be towed at the owner's expense.
- The property is not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles or items left inside vehicles.
12. Damage, extra cleaning, missing items and personal property
- Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, stains, damaged linens, clogged plumbing, pest treatment, broken fixtures, equipment tampering, excessive cleaning and other loss caused by the guest or persons connected to the guest.
- Management may charge the guest for repair, replacement, remediation, extra cleaning, lost revenue and reasonable collection costs resulting from the guest's conduct.
- Problems with plumbing, electricity, climate control, refrigerator, microwave, telephone, DIRECTV or Wi-Fi must be reported promptly and reasonable repair access must be allowed.
- Luxury Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen or abandoned personal property.
- Items left behind are handled under property procedure, and the property does not promise storage for any particular period.
13. Security cameras, privacy and no guarantee of security
Exterior areas, parking, entrances, walkways, the front office and other common areas may be monitored or recorded for safety, loss prevention, incident review, policy enforcement and lawful cooperation. Cameras are not placed inside guest rooms.
Cameras, locks, lighting, staff presence and other security measures are risk-reduction measures only. Luxury Inn does not guarantee that every incident will be observed, recorded or prevented. Guests remain responsible for locking doors, protecting valuables, supervising approved occupants and promptly reporting emergencies or suspicious activity.
14. Refusal of service, removal, trespass and law enforcement
- Management may refuse service, deny an extension, require departure, limit access or bar a person from returning for nonpayment, fraud, false information, nuisance conduct, safety concerns, property damage, criminal activity or material policy violations.
- Permission to enter or remain exists only for registered guests and persons specifically authorized by management. Unregistered or unauthorized persons are considered trespassers under posted property rules. Permission ends immediately when management revokes it, and any person who refuses to leave may receive a trespass warning and be referred to law enforcement.
- Management may contact police, fire, emergency medical services, code officials or other authorities when reasonably necessary.
- Removal for a violation does not create a right to a refund.
15. Safety, governmental cooperation and preservation of property rights
- Luxury Inn maintains guest rules, registration records, incident documentation, camera systems and enforcement procedures to reduce nuisance activity and support lawful motel operations.
- The property may cooperate with police, fire, emergency services, code compliance and other governmental authorities when legally required or reasonably appropriate.
- Nothing in these policies grants a governmental agency broader access, inspection power or authority than provided by law.
- Luxury Inn preserves all rights to lawful notice, privacy, due process, counsel, administrative review, appeal, records requests and judicial relief in any inspection, citation, nuisance, licensing, tax or enforcement matter.
- Property efforts to prevent or respond to guest misconduct are not an admission that the property created, permitted or accepted unlawful or nuisance activity.
16. Responsibility, limitation of liability and legal terms
- Each guest assumes responsibility for personal conduct, approved occupants, invitees, vehicles and personal property.
- Luxury Inn is not an insurer of guest safety and does not assume a duty to continuously monitor every guest, vehicle or area.
- The registered guest is responsible for losses, claims, costs and damages arising from the guest's or invitees' conduct, including reasonable collection costs and attorney fees when recoverable.
- No delay or failure to enforce a rule is a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific matter stated.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Texas law governs these policies. Venue for disputes shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, when legally permitted.
