What is check-in and check-out time?

• • Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 11.00am
• A later check-out time might be granted by the Front Desk on your departure day. It is based upon availability, and a nominal fee might apply.
• Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued identification to reserve and to check-in to a guestroom.

 

What is the Occupancy Policy?

• • • Only king-size beds are available to accommodate a maximum of ONLY 2 Adults per room.
    • Any extra person occupying more than 2 adults in a guest room will result in an immediate check-out.
    • Maximum of Only 1 Child 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent/guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
    • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
    • There is no capacity for cribs in the room.

 

Paying for Another Guest’s Room?

• • • Luxury Inn does not allow paying or renting rooms for another guest. Guests occupying the room must register at the office with valid government-issued identification.

 

What are the cancellation and refund policy?

• • • Only FREE CANCELLATION Rate for online reservations can be canceled before 03:00 PM of the arrival day. 
    • After check-in: Customers can request a full refund only within 15 minutes of check-in for any reason.
    • (No refunds will be issued after 15 minutes or using the room – No Refunds will be issued for violating any hotel rules.)

 

What payment options may I use to reserve my room?

A valid credit card with matching I.D used to reserve the room will be required upon check-in.

 

What is your pet policy?

• • • Luxury Inn does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas.
